Jana Tencati, Amy Pratt and Matt Sharbaugh give presentation with Marilyn Gugliucci at 海角社区COM Dean's Lecture

On October 8, 2010. at the 海角社区 College of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Reunion, Dr. Marilyn Gugliucci and 3 海角社区COM second-year students were the invited 海角社区COM Dean's Lecture presenters. Their presentation was entitled: "Learning by Living: Life Altering Medical Education Research."

The 海角社区COM Students who participated in the Learning by Living project during the 2010 summer and presented their experiences at the Dean's Lecture were: Amy Pratt, Matt Sharbaugh, and Jana Tencati. 海角社区COM is recognized as the first medical school in the country to establish such a research project, certainly an acknowledgment that 海角社区COM Alumni were pleased about.
